Customers can return ordered products within 30 days of delivery as long as the product is returned with the tags still attached and is unwashed and unworn. Please contact wetheknot before returning any products and mention the order ID. Write to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Make sure to include contact information with the returned item.
The customer will be responsible for return shipping and handling charges.
A direct exchange can only be made if the new garment is to the exact value of an original purchase. Otherwise we'll charge the customer the new amount, or we'll generate a credit for future orders.
wetheknot is committed to quality products. A product with a quality or operational defect that was purchased from us can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. We will refund the amount you paid for the defective item to the payment method you used to place your order.
